Shipping Information
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours; however, some items may ship direct from the manufacture or another warehouse which may take more time. SAR Depot uses UPS for shipping unless other arrangements are made.

Return Policy
For a return contact us within 30 days for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). We will send your RMA number by email. Place it in bold lettering on the outside of your return package and on the inside of the package with your contact information. Also state the reason for the return. All returned items must be in the original manufactures packaging in new sellable condition. There is a 10% restocking fee for returned items. Special order items are non-returnable. Contact us for more information. All returns from an error on our part or manufactures defect will also have shipping costs refunded.

Refunds
We will contact you by email once we have received your returned items. Your refund will be processed the same way as the original payment usually within 7 to 14 business days of your notification.
